What are the payment options available? Can I use PayPal or cash to pay for the grooming service?

Currently, we only accept credit and debit card payments through our secure online system.

Are your pet groomers certified?

Our groomers are experienced professionals, but certification requirements may vary.

If my pet is anxious or aggressive, do you administer sedation during grooming?

No, sedation is not provided. For severe behavioral issues, consult with a vet.

How long does the grooming process take for my pet?

Grooming times vary depending on the breed, size, behavior, and status of the pet. An average of 1.5 to 2 hours is expected for a small-sized dog with no mats or considerable add-ons.

What do I need to provide for in-home grooming?

A bathtub or sink that fits your pet, towels, an area to groom, and a vacuum for the groomer to use for cleaning afterward.

Is proof of vaccinations required for in-home/mobile grooming services?

Yes, a vaccination document with up-to-date information, especially for Rabies, is required.

Can I communicate with my groomer directly?

Yes, communicating with your groomer through our app is now possible. Coming soon for our web version.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Review cancellation policies on our app or website for details.

Is hand stripping included in the grooming services?

Hand stripping as an add-on is currently unavailable.

Do you provide flea baths for cats as part of your grooming services?

Flea baths are currently not available.

Is tipping included in the grooming fee, and how can I tip my groomer?

Tipping is not included; it is at your discretion. You can tip the groomer via your Groomit account or directly by any means discussed between yourself and the groomer.

Where can I find the breakdown of my appointment fee?

You can view the breakdown of your appointment fee before submitting the request and receive it as an email confirmation after the grooming is completed.

If my pet only needs nail trimming, can I book that separately?

No, our service is provided as packages. If hair cutting, trimming, or any type of shaving is not required, we recommend booking the Silver package.

I don't see de-shedding in the package information; do you offer that service?

De-shedding and other useful add-ons are available; check recommendations during booking.

Why am I charged upfront during booking?

To secure your booking, we collect payment when requested. Your payment is fully refundable if the groomer hasn't confirmed the appointment. Gold and Silver appointments are refundable until 6 pm on the day before the appointment. Eco appointments are non-refundable once the groomer confirms the appointment.

When will the groomer be assigned to my appointment?

Groomer assignments are typically confirmed within the first hour, but it may take longer as groomers confirm appointments based on their schedules.
